Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times begin once your order is shipped.

Lebanon
• Standard: 2-4 business days
• Priority: 1-2 business days

EU-Spain
• Standard: 3–5 business days
•  Priority: 1–2 business days

UAE
• Standard: 3–5 business days
•Priority: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred shipping method.
Orders may qualify for free shipping depending on ongoing promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country’s customs office.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or solution.
