Your right to return If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without explanation. This is your legal right under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, contact us at crystaskin@crysta-skin.com within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Condition of returned items Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
